Since qualifying as a corporate lawyer in 2007 with Over Taylor Biggs in Exeter, Lizzie has had an exciting and varied career in turnarounds, private equity, banking and business. This leaves her uniquely placed to advise business owners and entrepreneurs alike.
In particular, Lizzie has spent a considerable amount of time working with owner-managers who are looking to sell their businesses and therefore she really understands both the legal and commercial issues.

Over the last decade, Lizzie has helped SMEs in many ways, primarily as a non-executive director. In addition to NED work, Lizzie has also been engaged to undertake project work, which has required her to negotiate and then buy/sell companies on behalf of her clients, oversee the implementation of EMI schemes, attract borrowing from banks and other third party providers, undertake large scale due diligence work, arrange and agree complex insurance cover, attend board meetings and effect introductions across her extensive list of contacts.
Lizzie has joined the corporate team, to build on its success and continued expansion.
In addition to the above, Lizzie has four young children and owns a mobility business based in Taunton.
