Grant has over twenty years’ experience as a commercial dispute resolution specialist solicitor.
Grant worked for over ten years handling high value, complex disputes as a senior lawyer at leading international law firm Osborne Clarke in Bristol and London. He then moved to Devon where he was a partner and head of dispute resolution for six years at Over Taylor Biggs in Exeter.

He can also as act on your behalf in shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and professional negligence claims. In addition, Grant specialises in sports disciplinary and regulatory work for major sports clubs and sporting organisations.
Grant has significant experience and expertise in all forms of commercial dispute management including High Court and County Court litigation, arbitration, adjudication and expert determination and wherever possible helps clients to resolve their disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) such as mediation and negotiation.
Grant is currently Chair of the Mid-Devon Business Network and a Trustee of the Tiverton Community Arts Theatre Project. He loves all sport and is a keen squash player and club cricketer.
