Andrew has over twenty five years’ experience as an employment solicitor. Andrew previously worked in London and Bristol, followed by several years as a senior lawyer and partner with leading regional practices in Devon.
More recently, Andrew acted as the retained employment lawyer for the Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMIF).

Andrew is proactive and works very closely with his employer clients, really getting to know their businesses and culture. He advocates a “prevention is better than cure” approach to save clients both time and money.

Most clients prefer to instruct Andrew on an annual retainer basis, as this is generally the most cost-effective way, but we can always tailor our services to meet your specific requirements. Andrew regularly works on the employment aspects of corporate deals with our corporate lawyers.
Andrew is also an expert employment law trainer and delivers interesting and informative sessions.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys travel, history and all sports but especially tennis, golf and swimming. When the sun is shining, if he is not walking on the South West Coastal path, he can often be found in his allotment tending to his fruit and vegetables.
