About Squire Biggs

Squire Biggs was founded in 2019 by Grant Squire and Richard Biggs.

Grant and Richard have worked closely together for many years as partners and consultants and decided it was time to offer something new and different for clients and colleagues alike.

Squire Biggs provides bespoke legal services to businesses and business people across the UK.

But we are not a traditional commercial law firm.

We are different.  We have a flat structure.  Not the usual hierarchies.  All of our lawyers have strong city or regional practice backgrounds.  All are experienced, recognised specialists in their fields.   All client work is dealt with at partner level, not by teams of juniors. 

All of our lawyers embrace the modern and flexible approach to working life that technology allows.  We have lives outside work.  Just like our clients.  When, where and how we deliver our services is discussed with all of our clients.

We love helping our business clients through the ‘legals’.  Expertly.  Commercially.  Pragmatically.  Whether it’s closing a corporate deal, settling a commercial dispute, completing a lease or documenting hires and fires, we get a buzz. 

We love making our clients happy.   We get to know their business intimately, anticipate their needs and make suggestions to help their business thrive.  That way we become trusted advisers to our clients.  Many of our clients see us as their in-house team.
